    Kristy Ware is a speaker, author, facilitator and health & fitness coach. She motivates and inspires small businesses and educators with personal growth and business development. She believes that we must be the change we wish to see in the world, and in order to best support future generations, we must start with ourselves.

    Kristy’s passion for speaking and coaching shines through in her ability to mix humour with realism, capture an audience and share her message in a way that inspires people to take action. Her mission is to encourage others to find their voice, speak their truth and live their very best life.

    When she is not running workshops or fitness coaching, you can find her writing, cooking up healthy food in the kitchen, playing in nature with her wife, or playing LEGO with, or without, her 5 year old son. She lives in Vernon, British Columbia.
