Would you like to increase your energy and improve your mood?

Are you open to learning simple strategies that will positively impact your health and well-being and that of your students?

If so, then you will highly benefit from this workshop!

Success in any area of life starts with one small action repeated daily. It's easy to procrastinate or become paralyzed, especially during such uncertain, isolating and unprecedented times. The world is forever changed therefore we must change with it. There is no better time than the present to learn simple effective strategies to improve your health and well-being.

In this 1.5 hour interactive workshop, you learn my simple and practical 6 Elements of Health. My goal is that everyone walks away with tangible, realistic and easily implementable tools that will positively impact their life, in the workplace and beyond.

I will touch on each of the following areas of health as they relate to self-care that will inspire you to take action immediately: rest, movement, connection, nutrition, mindfulness & self-love. This workshop includes a printable workbook with additional resources and a place to set goals and take notes. It also includes a ‘program completion’ certificate for each participant.
