    My name is Erica Legault. I live in Prince George. I have been a Registered Nurse working on the Internal Medicine Unit in UHNBC for 9 years.

    I am a newly certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York, USA). My health coaching business is called Lavender Lotus Health.

    I offer one-to-one personalized health coaching, as well as workshops and group sessions. I help clients to set goals and action steps to create sustainable healthy habits. I support my clients to reach their health goals and set them up for a lifetime of optimal health and wellness.
