The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.  Through the Zentangle Method, we can find a state of mindfulness and flow with increased focus, creativity, self-confidence and an increased sense of well-being.  Join Tamara for this introductory exploration of the Zentangle Method and all its benefits.

Presenter

  • Tamara DeFord

    Tamara is an elementary educator in School District No. 57.  She has worked in all intermediate grades for the last 14 years and is passionate about making learning engaging and motivating for her students.  Tamara has also worked as a curriculum coach and math mentor teacher and enjoys working with other teachers on professional learning and projects.  Tamara has recently become certified as a Zentangle Teacher (CZT) and is looking forward to sharing the Zentangle method with others.
