Brick Stitch Beading for Beginners

In this hands-on workshop learners will learn how to create a small beaded charm, first with larger beads and then with seed beads. The same technique will be used for both bead sizes. The brick stitch can be used for many different projects and is a good foundation for beading. Beading is important to many First Nations groups across Canada and has been used in ceremonies, trade and more. There is a duplicate session in the afternoon.
