Your Circle of Wellbeing

Wellbeing is something that is often not well understood. What exactly is it? Where does it come from? How do we get more if it?  This workshop will help you to explore the idea of wellbeing, learn and apply some simple tools for developing wellbeing, and learn about how to use the resources and abilities that you already have to begin to create more wellbeing in your life.

Although this workshop is directed toward its participants, it is also applicable as a classroom activity and can be modified to work with individuals or groups of all ages.

Bring a couple of pieces of white paper and some drawing/colouring supplies and get set for a fun and interesting investigation of where the question “What is wellbeing?” can lead you.
